hSenid Business Solutions PLC (hSenidBiz), a leading Human Resources Solution provider in Sri Lanka marks another milestone into empowering future global talent with the signing of an memorandum of understanding with the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka (RUSL), a prestigious government higher education institution, to educate Human Resources Information Systems as part of its program. This partnership expands the Human Resource Management curriculum offered by the university by providing strategic value to the study covering the principles of HR technology and emphasizing the entire automation of HR with Analytics and AI-driven developments. A step toward producing an alumnus that is competent in the global arena of business. This partnership with the RUSL, marks the 7th memorandum of understanding signed by hSenidBiz with renowned state universities, in its initiative to prepare the next generation entering the workforce with hands-on practical technological knowledge and training to prepare a globally competitive talent.
Professor (Mrs.) GAS Ginigaddara, the Vice Chancellor of the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka mentioned, that University- Industry linkages facilitate undergraduates to acquire needed skills, expose to the industrial environment and get an experience in the industry during their undergraduate training which ultimately produces a skillful graduate who can cater for industry needs. Hence this is a needy initiation for the newly established Department of Human Recourses Management, Faculty of Management Studies of Rajarata University of Sri Lanka.
The Rajarata University of Sri Lanka was established as the eleventh University in Sri Lanka. Over the years, the University has developed to become a center of excellence in higher education in the North Central Province as well as in Sri Lanka. The academic programs of the RUSL are offered by five faculties namely; Agriculture, Applied Sciences, Management Studies, Medicine and Allied Sciences and Social Sciences and Humanities.
