The most important attribute of a leader is that hes/she is always willing give and take whatever it is. When a subordinate does a good job, one must appreciate their work. It is not the money that matters all the time but recognition of their talents, skills and hard work is utmost important.

Trust on your people is essential. It could be frustrating for the subordinate to know that you are not happy with their work. It gets even worse when you are always behind them and tell them how do it instead of letting them perform a task their way. This does not mean that you should stop helping them out when they need you.

Team work can do wonders. A leader’s role is not only to develop great individuals. Those talented individuals should build up a great chemistry among the team members that would derive greater results.
4. Learn to listen to others opinion
Once idea might be great but different people look at things in several ways. This could either improve your idea, suggestion or thoughts and some time would be able to prevent of making blunders.
5. Do not try to be the boring person, have fun
Being a boss does not restrict you from having fun. Socialising and having fun with your team members and other employees does not harm you by any mean.
