hSenid and LAHES together to offer an exclusive HRIS qualification in Sri Lanka
hSenid Business Solutions joined with LAHES, the Education arm of LAUGFS Holdings to offer an exclusive qualification which specialises in Human Resource Management through Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). ‘hSenid – LAHES Professional Qualification’ was initiated as a joint effort between the companies with the objective of bringing such a qualification to all Sri Lankans who are interested in HRM and HRIS systems.
It is the first time in Sri Lanka that such a qualification is offered and the curriculum combines theory with practical applications. The course is specifically catered to school leavers, university students, and HR professionals as well as to anyone who aspires to succeed in a HR related career. The qualification consists of two levels/stages which comprises of a Certificate level (7 weeks) and a Diploma level (15 weeks). The modules offered under this qualification cover a wide range of the latest modules and include Employee Life Cycle, Performance Management, Training & Development, Benefits Management, Payroll Management, Time & Attendance and Employee Information Management.
Similar to other ERP related qualifications and trainings ‘hSenid – LAHES Professional Qualification’ is geared to develop a competitive advantage amongst the participants who are focusing on HRIS systems. The content is designed to equip the participants with relevant subject and workplace competencies that will accelerate one’s career. With classroom learning and hands-on training on the HRIS taking place concurrently, participants are able to connect the learning and practising in real time.
