The Merit Award in the ICT Service Solutions in Business Services Category at the National ICT Awards NBQSA 2021, was won by hSenid Business Solutions for PeoplesHR Marketplace, a one-stop-shop for all HR-related needs and a platform that consists of multiple business solutions and extended HR services that complement and add value to hSenid’s HRIS platform, PeoplesHR.

hSenid Business Solutions which created a recent record of being the most successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) will debut on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) tomorrow. 

Sri Lankan multinational software solutions provider, hSenid’s IPO opened on 3 December and was oversubscribed in a matter of hours, receiving over Rs. 9.3 billion worth of applications from 10,602 applicants, for a total subscription of 745,014,900 shares. 

Dinesh Saparamadu, Chairman hSenid Group of Companies, says the IT industry could very well be the silver bullet to help Sri Lanka overcome its present spate of challenges. Saparamadu, also a former Chairman of the Sri Lanka Association of Software Services Companies (SLASSCOM), explained the Association had hoped to become a billion-dollar industry by 2016, which it did.
