Mr. Rana highlighted some of the key skill gaps that exist in organisations, currently. He mentioned that many organisations across several sectors lack skilled labor which hinders organisations growth. Thus, he emphasised on the importance of an appropriate Learning Management System to close the numerous skills gaps that exist.
