Thank you very much for inviting me today.  I'd like to begin by thanking Dinesh Saparamadu and all of the employees of h-Senid for putting together this important conference.   

The theme of maximizing human resources is very timely, both for your companies to reach your goals, and for Sri Lanka to fulfill her great potential.  As Ambassador, I face many of the same challenges you do, in recognizing talent, building a cohesive and united team, and motivating people to work toward common goals.   

hSenid Business Solutions joined with LAHES, the Education arm of LAUGFS Holdings to offer an exclusive qualification which specialises in Human Resource Management through Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). ‘hSenid – LAHES Professional Qualification’ was initiated as a joint effort between the companies with the objective of bringing such a qualification to all Sri Lankans who are interested in HRM and HRIS systems.

hSenid Business Solutions and SriLankan Airlines celebrated over 10 years of well-built relationship. The partnership with SriLankan Airlines was appreciated at the hSenid’s 15th year anniversary celebration event to highlight the great bond between hSenid Biz and Sri Lankan Airlines.
