The Melbourne Stars are captained by Australian spin legend, Shane Warne and features some of the world’s best Twenty20 players including David Hussey, Cameron White, Matthew Wade along with home-grown hero, Lasith Malinga.

At the recently concluded NBQSA awards “The Most Outstanding Contribution Award was presented to founder and CEO of hSenid Group of Companies and Chairman Emeritus of SLASSCOM Mr. Dinesh Saparamadu. The award is given to recognize individuals who have been instrumental in shaping the ICT landscape of Sri Lanka. Mr. Saparamadu accounts for over 20 years in the ICT industry. He has been the driving force behind a high caliber and passionate team, taking hSenid from a startup to the global arena within a short span of time. Mr. Saparamadu served as the chairman of SLASSCOM from 2009 to 2011 and currently serves on the board as Chairman Emeritus.
